PadelGrades ("we", "us") provides a padel player assessment, rating, progression and rewards platform. This policy explains what data we collect and how we use it.

Account: your email address and authentication details, managed securely by our platform provider.

Profile: the player name and avatar you choose, your Padel Grade, Padel IQ, attributes, playstyle, match record and statistics.

Assessment: your Padel IQ Assessment answers and the resulting scores.

Match content: result screenshots and any match video you upload for verification and AI + Coach review.

Subscription: plan and billing status. Payment card details are handled by Stripe and never stored by us.

To create and display your PadelGrades profile, calculate grades and ratings, verify matches, run leaderboards and tournaments, power AI Match Analysis and coach reviews, process subscriptions, and provide support.

Your player name, rating, match results and tournament participation are visible to other app users. We share data with Stripe for payment processing and our hosting platform for service delivery. We do not sell your data.

We use essential cookies and local storage to keep you signed in and remember your cookie choice. With your consent we use privacy-friendly analytics to understand how the app is used. Coaching videos in the Academy are embedded from YouTube and only load when you press play — YouTube may then set its own cookies. You can change your choice anytime from the cookie banner. You can access, correct, restrict or ask us to erase your personal data, or ask for a copy of it to be transferred elsewhere. You can update your profile in Settings, and you can delete your account data at any time from Settings → Delete account. To fully close your login account, contact Base44 support. If you are unhappy with how we handle your data you can complain to the Information Commissioner's Office (ICO).
